The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, inaugurated the program at the Chief Minister’s House, Peshawar, during a ceremony attended by many youth, educationists, technology experts, and government officials.
Golden Opportunity for Youth
CM KP Digital Skills Development under the program, 27,450 youth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be taught modern digital skills that will be of world-class standard and will directly meet the needs of the market. Along with this, 2,888 graduates will be given scholarships for global certification so that they can make their mark not only in Pakistan but also around the world. The program also includes career counseling and mentorship to provide not only skills but also practical guidance to the youth. That is why this project is not just a training program but a complete roadmap that will give employment, confidence, and financial stability to the youth.
Transparent Selection Process
More than 6,000 applications were received in the first phase of the Digital Skills Program. After a transparent and merit-based selection process, 1,268 youth have been selected for the first batch. This process has proven that the government wants to take this program forward purely on the basis of merit and transparency so that the most deserving youth can benefit from it. Moreover, the selection of training institutions has also been done through a rigorous competitive process to provide the best training to the youth.

The Chief Minister further said that there are numerous employment opportunities in the field of digital skills across the world. If our youth learn these skills, they can prove themselves not only within the country but also internationally.
