Eligibility Criteria
The following conditions are mandatory to register for the Dhi Rani Program:
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Punjab
- Eligibility starts from 18 years of age for the girl child.

- Registered in Poverty Survey or Benazir Income Support Program
- National Identity Card and other required documents should be available
